FAQ

  • How do I get my fresh flowers to you?

You choose what‘s easier for you, drop off or postage. We recommend flower handover within 1 - 3 days of your event. Receiving them fresh is crucial to preserving them in their best condition.

  • What colour will my flowers dry like?

All flowers will slightly change colour during the drying process, therefore we can not guarantee the colour of your flowers once dried. While we aim to select your best flowers, the care you take after your event is essential, as damaged flowers can turn translucent or display brown bruises.

    • White flowers dry a creamier colour

    • Orange, yellow, blue and most pink flowers lighten in colour

    • Red flowers dry darker than their original state, especially roses that turn a deep burgundy colour.

  • When will my custom piece be complete?

Once we receive your flowers the casting process can begin, your masterpiece can take up to 8-12 weeks depending on size and wedding season.

    • 3-4 weeks for the drying process

    • 2-5 weeks for casting and setting resin layers

Please allow additional time for shipping.

  • Do all flowers dry the same?

No two flowers are the same and therefore, no two flowers will dry the same. Unfortunately, we cannot preserve succulents as they hold too much water.

  • How do I care for my masterpiece?

While we use quality resin and materials, over time environmental elements will affect your product. Therefore, we recommend keeping away from direct sunlight (windows) and heat sources (fire or candles), and to minimize exposure to UV lighting to help prevent yellowing. To clean, simply wipe with a microfibre cloth.

  • What if I'm not in love with my order?

While we aim to please, we understand this isn‘t always the case and therefore you have 7 days to return your casting for a refund (excluding the non-refundable deposit).
