Reserve date & place order

The date you reserve is the date we expect your flowers to arrive, generally 1-2 days after your event. We highly recommend booking in advance as there are limited spaces per month. Upon confirming your date** you will receive an invoice, this is a non-refundable 50% deposit for the design you have chosen.

** Please note that your date is not secured until your invoice is paid.

Drop off or ship your flowers

Time to ship your flowers for preservation! We will send you our guide on how to care for your flowers after your event and how to safely package them so they will be in prime condition during shipping. Getting them fresh is crucial to preserving them in their best condition.

Once your flowers have been received, your bouquet is deconstructed so the flowers can begin the drying process**. We either place your flowers in silica gel or hang them upside down in a cool and dark place. We allow 2-3 weeks for this process.

** Flowers must be moisture free, as it affects the chemical reaction of the resin.

Drying process

This stage can take up to a week, as your piece is poured in layers. Then, we allow another week for it to fully cure before it is sanded and top coated. Once your piece is created you will receive your final invoice with the remaining balance. Before the casting process begins, you will be emailed at least 2 proofs for your main items**.

**Add-ons are not considered main items and will not be proofed except as courtesy.
